SafeNotes respects your privacy. Your personal information, notes, photos, documents, and other data remain on your own device. We do not upload, collect, store, or share your data on any server.
SafeNotes may request the following permissions to provide its features:

| Biometric Authentication | Fingerprint or Face Unlock is used only to protect access to your notes. Biometric information is verified by Android and is never accessible to us. |
SafeNotes is designed as an offline-first application. All notes, passwords, images, attachments, encryption keys, and backups remain stored locally on your device.
We do not maintain cloud storage or remote servers for your data. Nothing is uploaded automatically.
Your sensitive information is protected using strong AES encryption. Encryption and decryption happen locally on your own device. No encryption keys are transmitted over the internet.

SafeNotes does not require your personal data to be uploaded online. If your device is connected to the internet, the app still does not upload your notes or files to our servers.
SafeNotes does not use any cloud storage service to store your personal notes or files. Your information is never sold or shared with advertisers or third parties.
SafeNotes is not directed specifically toward children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You have complete control over your information.
We use industry-standard security practices including encryption and secure local storage. Although no method of storage is completely secure, we strive to protect your information stored on your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary. Changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date on this page.
